Terms of use

Last updated 30 October 2026

These terms apply when you use TenderWave: the website, the free scan and founding membership. By using TenderWave, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Who we are

19 Beresford Road Holdings Limited, registered in England and Wales, no. 17549743. Registered office: Flat B, 19 Beresford Road, London, N5 2HS.

Contact us at harry@tenderwave.co. If something goes wrong, tell us there: we’ll reply within five working days and do our best to put it right.

Who it’s for

TenderWave is for businesses. You use it for your trade, business or profession, not as a consumer. If you join for a company, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

What we give you, and its limits

We look for open public tenders that might suit your business, using public notices and what we read from your website and your Companies House record. Our profiles and shortlists are written partly by AI models. They can be wrong or incomplete: a tender we show may not suit you, and we may miss one that would.

A shortlist is a starting point, not advice. Check the full notice before bidding: the buyer’s notice is what counts, and its deadline, requirements and documents can change or be withdrawn after we show it.

We don’t promise that you’ll find a tender, be able to bid or win, and we don’t give legal, bidding or procurement advice.

Using it fairly

Don’t try to overload TenderWave, read it automatically or in bulk, get round the check that a person is using it or our limits, or use it for anything unlawful. Only type a business’s name or website into the scan, not other personal information. We may limit or stop scans to keep the service working for everyone.

We keep scans for 30 days. Our privacy notice says what we keep and why.

Tender information

Tender notices come from Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and Public Contracts Scotland, and contain public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We link to each original notice. We’re not responsible for other websites or what they say.

What’s yours and what’s ours

You keep the rights in what you give us. You let us use it, and what we read from your website, to run TenderWave for you and to improve how we match tenders.

TenderWave, its software and the profiles, shortlists and alerts we make are ours. You may use them in your business and share them with your colleagues and advisers, but not sell or republish them. Tender notices stay under their own licence.

If you suggest an improvement, we may use it freely.

Founding membership

Founding members pay £29 per month. We alert you to open tenders that fit as soon as they’re published, with the reasons and the catches.

Prices are in pounds. We’re not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. If we register, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before we add VAT to your price, so you can cancel first.

You join from a shortlist by paying on Stripe’s page, where you can check and correct your details before you pay. Your membership starts when your payment goes through, and we’ll email you within a working day. The contract is in English. These terms stay on this page, and we’ll email you the version you agreed to if you ask.

Stripe takes payments. Your membership renews each month until you cancel. We’ll tell you about a new price at least 30 days before it applies, so you can cancel first. If a payment fails and still can’t be taken after Stripe tries again, we may pause your alerts until it is.

You can cancel at any time by emailing harry@tenderwave.co. Your membership ends at the end of the month you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund part of it. If we stop the service, or end your membership for any reason other than your breaking these terms, we’ll give you 30 days’ notice and refund what you’ve paid for the time after it ends.

We may end your membership straight away if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by selling or republishing alerts or shortlists, and then we don’t refund what you’ve paid.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us limit.

Otherwise, we aren’t liable for lost profits, contracts, bids, business or data, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you haven’t paid us.

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as a tender website being down.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. We’ll email founding members about changes that affect them at least 30 days before they apply, so you can cancel first if you don’t agree.

Other legal points

  • These terms, with the price you joined at, are the whole agreement between us about TenderWave.
  • We may pass our rights and duties under them to another business, for example if we sell TenderWave. We’ll tell you if we do, and your rights won’t change.
  • Only you and we can enforce these terms; no one else has rights under them.
  • If a court decides part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can settle any dispute about them.
